Even with the discount, a hard copy still makes more sense to me. Now, if only the hard copies were discounted too, I might pick up another set of rules for a period I do not game.

The hard copies are a good price, I think, based on the quality of production and o comparable products. Amazon charge me for printing (obviously) and on top of that they take a 60% royalty of the total cost. There isn't a lot of fat to post a discount. I doubt anyone is getting rich from self publishing wargame rules on Amazon! Sometimes Amazon will randomly discount a product on their own volition without telling me, whilst preserving the author's royalty, so you may get lucky.
There'll be a brief COW summary in due course, but I am way, way, behind on some other writing, chiefly the NBS newsletter, which was due out last Friday. Busy, busy, busy.
